If there is any small consolation in living through a lame reboot of the Cultural Revolution, it's that (except for a handful of demented zealots) no one enjoys living under the Maoist dispensation.

There is no joy or beauty or freedom (those things are counter-revolutionary), there is only the eternal anxious vigilance of making sure you never blaspheme against sacred dogma and the constant terror of making sure you're not the one wearing the dunce cap and starring in tomorrow's Struggle Session.

I know a few people who work in Hollywood and they spend their lives genuflecting more than a priest touring the Vatican. Every day they must navigate the Scylla and Charibides of trying to placate the Marginalized and at the same time worrying that one wrong word will have them permanently banished back behind the velvet rope.

The sad eunuchs who craft our narratives may seem to live gilded lives, but they really live in gilded cages. And like courtiers to some of the more maniacal Roman emperors, they live every day knowing that while tonight they may be covered in jewels and eating at the Palace, tomorrow they easily could be the one offering their throats to the sword.

let me get this straight...

privilege is bad and should be atoned for.

unless it’s OUR privilege, then it’s great and it’s rules must be enforced because, duh...

there are so many layers of irony and doublespeak in your piece U need a translator.

it becomes more and more obvious every day that Social Justice isn’t about justice...it’s about Power...

If it had ever been about ACTUAL “Justice”?

Then

They would never have needed to Redefine the word “Justice” as they have redefined so many words

Racism,” “Hate Speech,” “the u.s.a.” “Fair”

...much less add a qualifier

bingo - the enlightened few who rule us are due the luxuries of better life because they live for us. There is nothing new about this from the Indulgences offered by the medieval church (now they call thm carbon credits) to the special stores for members of the Soviet leadership......same as it ver was.

Yesterday on the Health Ranger Report, Mike Adams was talking about some woke Hollywood actors demanding that every last one of them get *vaccinated* (not a vaccine) or else they will go on strike and refuse to make any more movies. Mike Adams suggested that this was the best news, and hopes the woke Hollywood crowd go on strike for ever! I agree.

It always makes me giggle when I hear intelligent and articulate people rip the woke agenda to shreds, highlighting the sheer stupidity of it, and you definitely made me laugh 😆. I mean seriously you can’t make up stuff this ridiculous.

How long is it going to take for this time to pass. I remember all the hippies, the free love, piece all that. Then came the eighties. They mostly moved on and started raising families..

I saw a documentary on a hippy commune Hawaii. It showed them living a carefree lifestyle surfing, hanging out naked, raising children running on the beach naked. All of them believed they were making a difference, that they were different.

About halfway through the documentary, I said to myself. I bet they all went on to become teachers, professors, or artist. And sure enough, a great majority did just that. At the end of the program, before and after pictures were shown with all their current occupations. Most went on to become teachers, college professors, and (producers) artist

Keep in mind these were the elite kids of the seventies as most kids during that time we’re struggling. Not to say some didn’t tag along. Just that the sixties, going into the seventies, wasn’t flush with cash and credit like today.

I wonder what the wokesters will be doing in twenty years?

People continue to believe that SOME ONE IS GOING TO BRING U.S. BACK AROUND TO GOOD... BUELLER? Hello... BUELLER? Any day now? How long are you idiots going to take to start making America great again (except we can’t say those words together like that out loud for years now or we might get disfellowshipped & excommunicated fired and divorced all in one shot)

Me?

I don’t understand how so many people just expect “things to keep on working the way they always have...” while they’re literally pulling up the foundations by the hinges and the wrecking ball took down the ceiling and half the walls several years ago with that coup d’etat...

I honestly believe you people are going to be lining up for the fema camps looking at your watch and muttering ...this is getting serious, now...

I wonder when they’re going to do the expose on 60 minutes about how they managed to preserve all our constitutional republic... THIS? Oh they just made a mistake with me... I’m not supposed to be getting in this boxcar... they’ll figure it out and come collect me directly...

I like the label “Church of Woke.” See John McWhorter’s Woke Racism for 3 common sense ways to make life better for everyone.

I remember the furor (fuhrer?) out of the Left when the movie DUNKIRK came out and there weren't enough women or blacks in England's army back in 1940 to satisfy the WOKE.

I never would have believed that the USA would become a totalitarian state intent on conquering the world and ending decency and honesty. But, here we are.

People need to stay calm now, tone down the rhetoric. Be kind.

Ignoring the wording, we should be building parallel systems, decentralizing, demanding transparency, using ballot initiatives to pass laws that the representatives refuse to pass, and using the tyranny of the masses problem found in direct democracy as a tool to unite and fight the corruption in our systems.
