I lost several family members to things-other-than-covid in the 2020-2021 time frame. (Cancer, OD, heart disease) Of course their deaths (and therefore their lives) are meaningless since they weren't covid deaths. Only covid deaths, real or contrived, are to be mourned. And apparently you can even get funeral money if your loved one died of covid. Sweet!
