Good piece, food for thought. Je Me Souviens is the slogan of the province of Quebec, it’s on their license plate. It’s taken to mean that they will remember their French heritage within Anglo Canada and North America at large. A secondary meaning is thought to be, they remember that they are a conquered people.

1759, the British forces defeated the French military at the plains of Abraham in Quebec City, leading to the defeat of the French in North America. The British general James Wolfe died in the battle, but he was famously vicious in disciplining his own troops and it is believed that they killed him during the battle. You’re a military man, how does that hit ya? Ever had those feelings?

Ouch, run over by a tank.

I wonder what is your opinion. Civil unrest: if there is a class revolt like we saw on January 6, but nation wide and prolonged, will the troops hold rank, follow orders? If the brass order kinetic action to quell wide spread unrest, will the troops fire on their brethren. It is my understanding the troops come from the same class of people who will eventually rebel against the elite; the elite do not send their children to serve, fight and die for their country. I think Fox News is preparing the underclass for rebellion, a physical confrontation. Don’t get me wrong, I like Fox News and I think 2024 will put the cat amongst the pigeons.
