"Trump Republicans want a country of believers, not thinkers.”

Irony at it's finest from lbram X. Kendi.

All of what the left thinks and says is ironic. Their minds are so depraved, they mistake the truth for lies and vice versa—like Jasmine, a lawyer for heaven’s sake! Their modus operandi is to lie and blame the right for doing what the left actually does. We live in a totally irrational Bizarro World—but worse because we don’t live in 2D. You cannot argue with these people. I want so badly to show someone like Michelle Goldberg how limited and narrow and dangerous her thinking is, but there’s no point. She’s blind to the truth. All I can do is thank God I have the ability to understand right from wrong and will teach my child to know that American is not perfect, but it is the best country on earth, and we don’t give up on it. We “fight, fight, fight” for Truth because Truth exists.

Wait, didn’t Putin come out in support of Harris in the 2024 election (or was it Biden when he was still the candidate?)? This ‘Trump is in Putin’s back pocket’ rhetoric is just so lame and tired.

These quotes are just people saying something, probably for the attention. Mostly these quotes don't make sense to me; maybe others can find some logic. Let's pick one.. “Trump Republicans hate the Department of Ed for the same reasons they hate education. They view education as a waste of funds since it exposes their fraud and prevents their abuse of American minds through their outlets of disinformation. Trump Republicans want a country of believers, not thinkers.” Kendi's statements are not logical and use a lot of fallacies and are based on false premises If I relate his argument to personal anecdotes, I can't recall anyone I've known, trump republican or otherwise who told me, generally speaking, that learning, or education, is bad. I've had people tell me that their college education wasn't worth the money the paid, but when pressed admitted that the did learn SOMETHING from their time in school. And asked if they thought that learning was bad would reply that no, learning and being able to apply learning is a good thing. So maybe Kendi wants to replace the word education with the word college or university. Or maybe he's conflating the republican desire to eliminate waste and graft with a hatred of education. But now I'm making up a story. So the best thing I can come away with from this specific quote is that Kendi is just spewing propaganda.

I had the same reaction to Professor McCarthys thoughts on just punishments for those who do not buy into the fully righteous and beneficent results of gender-affirming medical treatments. Apparently ignoring what appears to be valid science from Europe that contradicts his viewpoint. Tries to push a moralistic belief into scientific fact.

How does Jamelle Bouie get "all white, all male" military from "we're going to look at our standards for physical fitness and grooming"? Hegseth's letter references "the men and women of our military to protect the American people."

You know what I just realized: It's not Taylor Lorenz's call to wear masks and protect the vulnerable that offends me. Because it doesn't. What offends me is that her call feels like a personal branding exercise; the need to feel self-righteous and be accepted in the right circles.

Masking has been Taylor Lorenz's claim to fame, and now it's evaporating from her grasp.

As for the others I am once again struck by the projection and gaslighting and general insanity of these people. How does this go unopposed?

These lefty biased-follower-farmers like Kendi, don't even recognize that they can make a career in standup comedy delivering such satire and sarcasm.

Progressives/liberals keep doubling and tripling down on the lunacy. Millions of people secretly voted for Donald Trump because they've sullied the Democrat party into the stratosphere. My punk rock pals have turned into brainwashed zealots with no self-reflection or critical-thinking skills. I consider myself a liberal, but I can't believe how vile and spiteful those folks have become.

Thanks, as always, Brad, for these entertaining compilations.
