That Biden quote from The View about how he was surprised Republicans went the ‘woman and one of mixed race couldn’t run the country’ is just absurd on it’s face. There was zero discussion about either fact. The Democrat platform sucked, she was a terrible candidate, and people voted based on that. I don’t know why it’s still surprising to me that most Democrats are still completely unable to grasp why she lost. Carville excepted, of course.

They got it backwards again, the reason she lost wasn't that she was a woman or mixed race, the only reason she even got that far was her sex and her race and people who helped her. All her "accomplishments" were handed to her. I think she wasn't even registered to vote until her late 20ies. Nobody wants the lady from HR as president.

Actually, there was a ton of discussion of her being a woman.

On the Left, where they spent the entire campaign telling themselves that the horrible, sexist Right would condemn her for being a woman.

Whenever you hear these people screech about encroaching fascism, remember that it means they're angry that they don't have control. It's always been this way.

Oh my word, so much horror and denial, so many things which can be ridiculed and refuted. I almost went with the Carville quote, but I'll stick with humor and say we label Jasmine Crocket "She who must not be named."

“Think I’m going to be sitting waiting in line at United waiting while 30,000 people are waiting? It’s the only way to get around. No apologies for that.”

True man of the people that Mr. Sanders.

“People like immigrants, who are here not by choice, most of them. They fled fear. They fled where they lived. They fled central America, where they were in danger.”

People who fled socialism, gang violence and cartels or islamic fundamentalism? All things the Democrats approve of, the gangs some might have fled followed right on their heels, and those gangs and cartels also control the flow of people north.

I'm going to have an extra steak today.

My take away after reading Quote of the Week is that the Democrats have become so addicted to intellectually dishonest hyperbole and lies that had demonstrated such success in gaslighting the American electorate in previous elections (COVID and female anger over Dodd), and that continue to be effective in places like brain-frozen Canada, and shark-infested Australia, that is has become their only political strategy that requires that they just ignore that Donald J. Trump and MAGA completely obliterated them and continues to proceed to wipe away their big corrupt theft ring of federal dollars flowing to NGOs and media entities that exist solely to help get Democrats elected.

It is like they cannot admit that in the US our constitutional freedom of speech rights have enabled the independent media to flourish and thus has provided the American electorate access to the truth that is blocked and prevented in other Western democracies.

However, were I mostly appreciate this work from Brad... I believe the solution to the problem is to break the feeling of voters that adopting Democrat political dog food is high-status stuff... and by continuing to post the absurdity and stupidity of these Democrat politicians and pundits, we do exactly that.

David French is something else. He thinks the Christian MAGA right's response to immigrants being deported is about cruelty, you know, just because, and devoid of the context of a segment of them being here illegally, being dangerous.

Let's ask him to do a man-on-the-street, talk to those he's criticizing, and ask them specific questions about their attitudes toward immigrants who are here legally, those with and without criminal records or gang affiliations, and let's see if his New York Times intellect can appreciate some nuance.

French knows that what he says is not true, and he says it anyway.

For The Atlantic’s Jemele Hill, on 80% of Americans being opposed to biological males competing in women’s sports; a small elite disconnected from reality ruling minority brutally suppressed the rights of their majority “underclass”. It worked out poorly for them in pre revolution France, Russia & China. But in the United States of America. Jemele Hill can still complain, even if her head is disconnected from reality. Democrats would have suppressed all “misinformation” & did prosecute those who disagreed with them.
