To Jody Foster’s complaint about younger workers, I’d like to add my wife’s observation about younger workers. This is not only her observation, but it’s echoed by her older colleagues. There is a clear dividing line among the younger workers. The ones who attended or attend home school or the equivalent are good , kind & considerate workers, who work well with others & are not on their cell phones all day. They can be counted upon to work extra as well. The public schooled young are extactly as Jody Foster describes. They are nearly worthless workers who prioritize their cell phones & social life above any responsibilities.
Many communists countries had a good idea, to protect their democracy from elections they just made sure there were no choices on the ballot. All governments got confirmed in a landslide, a huge win for democracy.
